The cooking
is really tempting. The region makes a lot of first quality products
that gives it an important attractive. The region is specially
rich in wild mushroom (competitions in Berga and in La Pobla de
Lillet), sweet corn soup, mashed cabbage and potatoes fried with
blood sausage, "trumfos amb rosta" (potatoes with roast
pigcorn), soup with meatballs and wild mushroom ("fredolics"),
veal with wild mushroom ("llenegues"), charcoal-broiled
meat, cheese and charcuterie elaboration... |
